quick customer service. there was nearby pi craft pizza to grab something to eat. such main attraction as amc was 3 km from this hotel. can recommend for everyone.

We appreciated the location, which was great. Plenty of options for one night. Here we stayed 2 miles from Brighton Park.

The pool heater was off so the water was cold and uncomfortable....the main reason, besides location was that it had a pool!! Shouldn't this be a dialy check???? The staff in the adjoining restaurant (one girl) was rude. She greeting us with a very quick "Good Morning, Happy Thanksgiving" with no breath in between and sat us quickly at an awkward table...she sad me and my 6 year old at a HUDGE table meant for 4!! I mean this table was HUDGE, not that it was a problem, but he ended up sitting next to me so I could assist him with cutting up his pancakes. As I watched this lady work, she would walk by us and ask if everything was okay-without stopping!!!! She didn't seem thrilled to be there and she didn't seem happy that patrons were coming in to eat breakfast...I know working on Thanksgiving stinks at times-but I would have LOVED to give her a bigger tip just because she was working the holiday but her rush no care attitude changed that. Food was terrible.

The carpets needed to be cleaned a little more often. Would be nice if there was some sort of quick morning coffee service, the coffee maker was dirty that was in our room.

We stayed at Rm 142 and we found out that there was no exhaust fan in the washroom. Other than this, the room is clean and well-organized. The staff are also nice and polite. Keep it up!

Wait to check in (only 1 person and they had to deal with a long telephone call then help the other person in line). It wasn't terrible and she did her best but I work retail and I think my customers might have said "Why isn't there someone else on to help us?".

The on site manager was very assertive and listened.

Location was good, pool was nice.Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.Staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was lacking in cleanliness and the bed was really hard. Didn't sleep well because I woke up with back pain every night. There was what looked like dried feces on the back of the bathroom door, and the tissue holder looked like someone stuffed tissues back inside all crumpled up. The room was rather dated for the price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, serving a great choice of breakfast and dinner. The Hotel keeps a tea/coffee station at the reception lounge that helps guests to relax.

The hotel was previously running a shuttle service to some of the key locations including the airport which we had utilized during our previous stays. However they have now discontinued this service which makes travel difficult.

Comfy bed and room. Quiet.

Continuous running bathroom fan made a constant hum. The room door did not seal therefore letting a lot of light in from the hall.
